Add a persona who rejects modern web technology
I would like to capture the persona that wishes for the web as it existed in 1999. They don't want any of the new, dynamic features available in other web browsers and they only want HTML rendering without being tracked. They reject the assumption of other browsers that "more is better" and they want a browser that is less complicated and only does what they want.
