Topic to inform independent User Research

From time to time, independent User Researchers (some academics, some funded by other orgs) contact us to help them share their call for participation, either through e-mail, mailings lists or using Tor's social media.

It would be good to have a topic on our User Research page explaining which mailing lists are better to recruit participants, and how to have your social media quoted by Tor communication channels.
