Survey the tor-qa mailing list

Engagement from tor-qa has declined, and our Alphas are not receiving the testing they need before Tor Browser moves to Stable. Before we can pull together a plan on how to re-engage the Alpha testing community, we must first survey the tor-qa list to understand our Alpha tester’s motivations, pain points and measure the current level of engagement.
