Create personas and user stories to represent target populations

As part of Sponsor 30, I've been running trainings and collecting user feedback with populations in Latin America. With the user feedback resulted from the trainings, we need to identify challenges, build user stories and consolidate it into personas. We aim to draft two personas and user stories by the end of Q4.
