Make unapproved comments visually different from approved comments

Right now when looking at a blog post, e.g. https://blog.torproject.org/blog/stem-release-15 There are some comments that are approved, and some that are unapproved, but they all look just like comments.

In the old blog, they were a darker color and had the word 'unapproved' or 'unpublished' or something written over them.
