printed blog pages have an unnecessary page break
When I (try to) write (good) articles, I often print (I know, okay boomer and all) the document on actual paper (yes, really) to review it (yes, with a pen). It's great, you should try it.
Unfortunately, our styling imposes a weird page break after the heading. Here's a screenshot of the latest alpha blog post:

i found this first while writing the gitolite blog post (#40071 (closed)).
i tried browsing around the CSS for a page break and all i could see was some weird bits in ua.css that i didn't understand.
even more weirdly, i can't reproduce this by triggering the "print" mode in Firefox's inspector...
