Recent Tails' release posts are missing download links

As pointed out in the comments on our latest Tails' release post on Mastodon, it seems the latest Tails' release posts do not have the download links.

Since the corresponding posts are fine, I believe, we need to fix it in the markdown here(?) /cc @intrigeri
