Fix an error in the *automatically reboot* session Updating `/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20auto-upgrades` should be another step, not part of the `/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50unattended-upgrades`. In Ubuntu 20.04, the `/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20auto-upgrades` is already created, we can update it without recreating it.

In its current location, the paragraph implies that you need to turn off NoNewPrivileges in order to run obfsproxy on any port, and I think you only need to run it if you're using a low port.
