This translations are not complete, but they have active translators and will be completed soon (especially if we release the translation)
We have talked with @gus about allowing the community portal, as is so big and has very different sections, to be published even when translations are not complete. Hopefully this availability will make the community contribute to the translation, but in the case of the community portal, volunteer translators get discouraged cause is so big, and some sections are quite technical.emmapeelemmapeelhttps://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/issues/331Add 'improve translation' link to pages2023-11-22T16:10:38ZemmapeelAdd 'improve translation' link to pagesAs in the manual and the support portal, we can add an 'improve this translation' link so readers have it easy to contribute translations.As in the manual and the support portal, we can add an 'improve this translation' link so readers have it easy to contribute translations.emmapeelemmapeelhttps://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/issues/294[Training] Add training feedback forms to the site2022-09-01T12:59:39Zemmapeel[Training] Add training feedback forms to the siteThe UX team has prepared [2 feedback forms](https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/ux/research/-/tree/master/scripts%20and%20activities/2022/training%20feedback) for trainers to help us gather feedback. To provide localized forms, we will add them to the community portal.
I feel the best thing will be to add them in a specific place under the [training](https://community.torproject.org/training/) section, and @nah has promised a text about how we really need this input because we dont spy on our users and it will make Tor better etc.Sponsor 9 - Phase 6 - Usability and Community Intervention on Support for Democracy and Human Rightsemmapeelemmapeelhttps://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/issues/287[Training] Draft trainer's guides for community portal2024-03-06T13:44:06Zraya[Training] Draft trainer's guides for community portalSince the [training page](/tpo/web/community/-/blob/main/community.torproject.org/training/resources) is going to be [revamped](https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/issues/265) to include a trainer's guide for each material ...Since the [training page](/tpo/web/community/-/blob/main/community.torproject.org/training/resources) is going to be [revamped](https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/issues/265) to include a trainer's guide for each material created and maintained by the Tor Project, I will be drafting the training guide for:

### Proposal
To suggest possible redesigns for the [training resources page](https://community.torproject.org/training/resources/) within the community portal.
Current issues:
- no curation of content: page simply lists resources made by the Tor Project and community members
- absent timestamps (dates created, updated, etc.);
- absent filtering: resources in multiple languages are bundled together, etc.
Additionally, each resource could have:
- tags (e.g. "Tor Browser", "Tor Mobile", "Relays", "Tails"), which would aid in filtering;
- a separate sub-page which could house details such as: learning objectives, time estimate for training delivery, further reading suggestions, etc.
As well, some of the resources listed are in formats other than presentation decks, this includes: guides, zines, and long-reads. For example:
- [guide] https://freedom.press/training/-depth-guide-choosing-web-browser/
- [kit] https://cpj.org/2019/07/digital-safety-kit-journalists/
- [zine] https://www.derechosdigitales.org/wp-content/uploads/que-no-quede-huella.pdfSponsor 9 - Phase 6 - Usability and Community Intervention on Support for Democracy and Human Rightshttps://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/issues/251slideshow is not translated2022-07-26T17:36:21Zemmapeelslideshow is not translatedThe slideshows are not being translated.

They should be in Spanish and Turkish, at least some strings.

The problem happens with the title, and also with the text: `We regularly release Tor Browser early versions to allow users to test software improvements and new ideas. I looked a bit on the file (https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/tree/master/content/user-research/become-tester) but I could not find what was the problem. In these cases, I was thinking we could have different icons instead of "Check this resource" button.Sponsor 9 - Phase 5 - Usability and Community Intervention on Support for Democracy and Human Rightshttps://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/issues/222Add new training slides to the community portal2022-02-03T22:06:15ZemmapeelAdd new training slides to the community portalWe should add the new training slides to the community portal, so they can be translated.

As a good practice, we try to avoid mixing markdown content and HTML, because translators can get confused.
Having some slide templates for slides with images could be very helpful, for example, could be a template with text on left and image on right, and image aligned on left and text on a right column.
