Agreed. Ideally this guide would live inside the eotk project, and we could just point to it.

Alec has some docs, e.g. https://github.com/alecmuffett/eotk/blob/master/docs.d/HOW-TO-INSTALL.md that are a good starting point.

I wonder if Max Pearl would be interested to distill his experience into a HOWTO.
