[Relay Operations] Issues with formatting

On the 'Relay Operations/Technical Setup/Bridge' page for various operating systems -

1. All the terminal commands must be formatted in the manner other commands are in order to maintain a consistency throughout our docs.
2. It must be mentioned whether to run the commands as user or as root (by $ and #/sudo respectively)(like it has been explained on this page).
