Languages RTL do not work well in the community portal

We already fixed this same problem in the other lektors, I do not remember how. The website stays orientated from LTR when the languages are RTL.

I wonder if there is a way to fix it forever, i.e. on the template that is used for all the lektors.

You can see the problem for example in https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/community/translations/fa/ or https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/community/translations/he/

We need to fix this before publishing RTL languages.
