Broken link at relay/community-resources/

On our website, at https://community.torproject.org/relay/community-resources/ on the section "At your university" there is a link to "EFF's resources: Tor on campus.".

This link is broken.

I tried to find something similar at the EFF's page but I could not find those 'resources'.
