Images dont appear because path is translated

I am not sure why, but on the pages for each section (localization, user research, etc) when the locale is not English, the images do not show.

To reproduce, go to https://community.torproject.org/localization/ . You can see an image, but the Turkish and Spanish versions do not have it.

I cannot understand why the path for the image is being translated.

The template indicates that it shouldn't: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/blob/master/templates/localization.html#L7 but in the practice it happens, and so the filename does not work.
