User Research section points to the wrong page - Redirection problem

On the User Research page, the section Become an Alpha Tester should point to the page itself, instead it is pointing to the Tor-QA mailing list.

There is a code that is redirecting the page to the Tor-QA list #232 (comment 2769828), we should remove it so the section would point to the right direction. I don't know how to do it, can someone help with this?
