Partners logos dont appear on locales diff than English

Reported by translator Kate_, confirmed my me.

Not sure why, but the URL to the logos of our partners in for example https://community.torproject.org/es/training/partners/ do not appear.

The English version has the logos.

The image URL is not built correctly, it does "/static/images/training/partners/../../../training/partners/tierracomun.png" instead of "../../../training/partners/tierracomun.png"
