Remove Twitter from community.torproject.org/onion-services :(

Unfortunately Twitter has allowed their onion service certificate to lapse. Our existing onion service contacts and the team that implemented the feature are no longer at the company. We've reached out to them via a generic mail address but don't know if/when this will be rectified. Since the cert is expired, we should remove Twitter from https://community.torproject.org/onion-services/. 😞
