Produce mockups of the Community stories page

For the project on sponsor 144 we are building a public-facing stories portal inside of the community portal. This ticket is about developing the wireframes for the portal. It needs to work in Desktop and Mobile.

Once stories are collected and curated, we will display them on a public-facing web portal. Stories will be organized in relevant categories (e.g., health care, activism, LGBTQ+, journalism, consumer privacy). Allies will be able to easily share these stories with multiple sharing mechanisms: plain text copy and paste, social media share buttons, and downloadable assets (images, graphs, quotes and social collateral) images. The portal will be hosted inside Tor’s Community Portal under the Outreach section (https://community.torproject.org/outreach/) and maintained by the Tor Project and available publicly. We will build the page with internationalization from the start so that in the future, content here can be localized into different languages. See the Appendix for our drafted wireframe as a visual example of a possible direction of the portal.
