lyrebird/obfs4 in the bridge technical setup

The obfs4 repository has been cloned and renamed to lyrebird

The bridge technical setup page still points to the older obfs4 repository, and I've opened a merge request to remediate that. But there are multiple instances of "obfs4" in the bridge documentation. What's the plan?
