obfs4proxypackage is available in stable-backports. By default, backports packages are not installed, so to install the latest version ofobfs4proxyyou need to use the following commandsudo apt install -t bullseye-backports obfs4proxy
This is no longer true. Debian stable is bookworm not buster and it ships obfs4proxy version 0.0.14, the most recent release and package.
This page should be updated.
In the simplest way, the entire paragraph "4. Install obfs4proxy" could be replaced by:
# apt install obfs4proxy
