[obfs4 debian guide] Debian stable is bookworm and the latest obfs4proxy can be installed with apt install obfs4proxy
Reported by ilf0:
https://community.torproject.org/relay/setup/bridge/debian-ubuntu/ sais:
On Debian, the latest version
obfs4proxy
package is available in stable-backports. By default, backports packages are not installed, so to install the latest version ofobfs4proxy
you need to use the following commandsudo apt install -t bullseye-backports obfs4proxy
This is no longer true. Debian stable is bookworm
not buster
and it ships obfs4proxy
version 0.0.14
, the most recent release and package.
This page should be updated.
In the simplest way, the entire paragraph "4. Install obfs4proxy" could be replaced by:
# apt install obfs4proxy
