Tor Swag still temporarily paused?

This page https://community.torproject.org/relay/community-resources/swag/ is displaying the message that the Tor Swag program is temporarily paused and is planned to be relaunched in January (3 months ago).

Is this program still paused? Is there still a possibility to request a t-shirt?
