Good Bad ISPs | Strato does not allow hosting any sort of Tor relay

In the list of good and bad ISPs (https://community.torproject.org/relay/community-resources/good-bad-isps/), Strato is listed as allowed for hosting bridges and relays, though this clearly seems to conflict with their ToS.

This is from their current AGB/ToS (updated 01-01-2025): "2.9 Eine Nutzung von Servern zur Bereitstellung von Anonymisierungsdiensten ist ausgeschlossen." This roughly translates to: "2.9 It is prohibited to use the servers in order to provide anonymization services."

I therefore think Strato should no longer be listed as a good provider on the page
