Update donate-neo to show YEC 2024 illustration trio

There is an illustration trio that has been developed for the YEC 2024 to go on donate-neo.

@nicob informs this has been coordinated with stephen and is gated ready to go, and that @lavamind knows about this. But we realized there was not a ticket associated wit this, so here it is!
