Temporary audio CAPTCHA .wav files not being cleaned up

This morning there was a alert firing on donate-01 due to the disk being nearly full.

The cause was 4 GB of .wav files in the container's /tmp directory.

I restarted the container and this cleared out the temporary files, but it seems like Django itself should take care of cleaning up those files, instead of accumulating them in perpetuity.
