Button elements are too short

Most (though not all) button-like elements in the designs are 56px tall. Those include:

• Common buttons, like those found on the Thank You page.
• Submit buttons, like that found at the bottom of the form.
• The "Collapse all" button on the FAQs page
• Button-like backgrounds for radio buttons, like those found in radio groups in the "Your donation" section.

One notable exception are the skinny buttons found on gift items, which are 40px tall instead.
