Use SVG instead of PNG for vector-based assets

Many small assets (e.g. icons) have been uploaded in PNG format, however vector-based assets are available in Figma instead. When supplying these assets, icons can remain in their default size (i.e. 24px) unless a request is made otherwise, although the colors need to be baked in.
