in-page links under "How can I donate to the Tor project?" in donation FAQ don't work

under "How can I donate to the Tor project?," several entries lead to headers / other entries in the FAQ. they should bring you to that entry when clicked, but they don't seem to work. (tested in firefox, chrome, and safari on macOS sonoma 14.5)
