set social sites to open in new tab in donate-neo footer
The social site links currently in the donate-neo footer open in the same tab, which is inconsistent with the behavior of the current donate.torproject.org and torproject.org footers. Please set the social site links to open in a new tab in the donate-neo footer. All other links in the footer are internal and can stay set to opening in the same tab.
