Duplicate / obsolete Tor Donation FAQ

A Google search for "Tor donation FAQ" returned, as its first result, our FAQ, which is correct and good. Unfortunately, it also returned this out-of-date FAQ, which contains plenty of inaccurate and outdated info, and seems legitimate because it's a torproject.org URL. This is going to give some people wrong ideas about donating to Tor, and also give me work to do clearing up people's confusion about how to donate to the Tor Project.

I think we should either:

(a). Delete this page (preferred), or if this is impossible,

(b). Update it to match the recently-revised Donation FAQ
