Prepare donate page for year end campaign

👋 @kez, the year end campaign is scheduled to launch on Tuesday 19 October (i.e. a week today). Could you prep the following updates for the donate page to launch on the same day please?

• Make sure the form anchor link is working
• Add new campaign banner when ready (banner ticket here: lego#28 (closed))
• Enable the donation counters (which should just be a case of flipping the switch in contents.lr) and coordinate any changes that need to be made in Civi with @smith – I suspect that something will still need tied up after it's enabled
• Swap out the lime campaign color for #EFB149
• Update the swag options (see below)
• Update the search/social share cards (see below)

And I think that's it! As with the banner itself, don't worry about taking time away from the donate refactor or Sponsor 30 in order to do this – the campaign should take priority.

FYI: translations aren't necessary for donate.torproject.org (just the main site and Community portal).
