There's no FAQ entry for EU bank transfer

The "How else can I donate to the Tor Project?" FAQ entry and now the "Help! Donating by credit card isn’t working." entry both mention donating by EU bank transfer. They link to https://donate.torproject.org/donor-faq#eu-bank-transfer which is a dead link, since the FAQ doesn't have an entry for it.
