Rollback selected YEC campaign changes from donate-dot

This is the donate-static component for lego#42 (closed). Unlike in lego, there are some changes we'd like to keep, so this isn't a simple revert.

To start, we need to:

• Remove the privacy is a human right banner (see also: lego#42 (closed))
• Hide the campaign totalizer/ticker in lektor
• Swap the campaign yellow (#EFB149) for our brand teal: #49CBB7

We will be keeping:

• The new T-Shirt and T-Shirt Pack swag options

And pending confirmation from @smith, reverting the following back to its original hoodie-only offering:

• The Tor Badge + Hoodie swag option
