Bounce messages being sent to donations@torproject.org
Fundamentally, you shouldn't be receiving those bounces, CiviCRM should be handling them. So this is definitely something that should be filed as a ticket, possibly in the respective project(s). There's already #1, for example...
I'm filing a ticket here specifically about the bounce messages that go to donations@torproject.org. This email address is currently handled by RT, and the undeliverable messages are collecting there. If you have RT access to the donations@torproject.org queue, this should bring you right to all of the tickets from MAILER-DAEMON@crm-int-01.torproject.org.
@gus, could you give @anarcat access to the donations queue?
@anarcat, when you receive access from @gus, could you investigate these messages, and let me know what we should do with them going forward?
