The Tor logo on the different websites should go to the main Tor Project, with its locale. For example, if you are in https://support.torproject.org/es/ and you click the logo, you get to https://www.torproject.org/es/ (if the /es/ locale exists, otherwise you go to https://www.torproject.org/)
