Add Android 12 battery optiization tip

I'm using GrapheneOS which just updated to Android 12, it is even more battery optimizing, to the point where it feels like it is killing Tor Browser in the background by default. Whenever I close the app, and open it again, I have to click connect. Unless I change the battery optimization level to "Unrestricted".
