[INSTALLATION] Update notes about Tor Browser 13.5 legacy
On https://tb-manual.torproject.org/installation/, we mention:
Users on these legacy operating systems will continue to receive security updates for Tor Browser 13.5 for until at least March of 2025.
Given Firefox's latest announcement:
We decided to extend support for ESR 115 only on Windows 7-8.1 and macOS 10.12-10.14 up to September 2025. We will re-evaluate this decision in August 2025 and announce any updates on ESR 115's end-of-life then.
@morgan, will it be accurate to update the time frame of Tor Browser 13.5 security updates to until at least September of 2025 on the manual?
I am also thinking about adding a link to our Forum post with instructions to download, verify and install Tor Browser 13.5 legacy in the text here for more visibility. (One caveat being users reading the manual in a non-English language will be pointed to the Forum post which is not localized.)
