meek-azure bridge is gone; meek built-in TB option is using cdn77

Our meek-azure bridge is gone, but we still have one meek bridge using CDN77 (tpo/applications/tor-browser-build!1141 (merged)). We should change this text:"meek-azure makes it look like you are using a Microsoft web site." https://tb-manual.torproject.org/circumvention/

Maybe if we don't mention the cloud provider would be better, so we don't need to update the text when CDN77 is gone?
