Edit the "Tor Browser for Windows Phone" section on Tor mobile page

The Windows Mobile platform has been discontinued by Microsoft. We have a section on the Mobile Tor page stating "Tor Browser for Windows Phone". I believe this can lead to some confusion for our users who are on the newer models of Microsoft-branded/promoted phones (which basically run on Android) and on which Tor browser can be installed by following the steps in the "Tor Browser for Android" section on the same page.
