Fix support links

In the "Heads up!" and "Find out how to..." sections on the app download pages, there are links such as "Don't use a separate VPN with Tor", but the URLs all point to https://www.torproject.org

We should fix those links so they point to the relevant sections on the support website (or elsewhere).
