Redirect legacy tb-manual & support URLs to the new site
External sites (e.g., EFF SSD) still link to tb-manual and Support pages. We need a redirect map so users don't hit 404s and preserve search results (SEO).
Checklist

Map each legacy URL to the correct destination in a spreadsheet. -
Add wildcard rules for common patterns, e.g., tb-manual.tpo -> support.torproject.org/tor-browser. -
When the map is ready, handover to TPA.
