The "volunteers will not be able to determine your location" claim is a little misleading

The Snowflake proxies do know clients' IPs, and this is pretty much as close as you get to knowing someone's location on the internet. To support this: see tpo/anti-censorship/pluggable-transports/snowflake!482 (merged), which adds client country metrics to the proxy.

Instead of this, I'd say something along the lines of "will not be able to see what websites you're visiting: they'll only route your Tor traffic, which is anonymized".
