Tor Browser manual link appear in Danish in Tails

We don't have a Danish Tor Browser manual, but I understand that in Tails in the Danish Tor Browser, the link to the manual is showing up:

This means our suppression code is not running correctly, which suggests to me an earlier error is terminating our torbutton code early somewhere.
