little-t-tor gpg keys

In https://www.torproject.org/download/tor/ we need to add the link to get the gpg public keys.

In the past we maintained this page: https://2019.www.torproject.org/docs/signing-keys.html.en

Thank you for working on this. I would just like to add that I looked very hard for this key and was unable to locate it anywhere on the internet. Really I could only use this to look for it: 7A02B3521DC75C542BA015456AFEE6D49E92B601. Including a means to acquire the key on the download page or another location would be very helpful. I know most people don't verify their downloads but there are a few of us out there that do :)

Alright! I'm trying a new approach here.

1. I copied "How to verify TB signature" entry and updated to "how to verify tor source code". You can preview how it looks like here: https://gus.pages.torproject.net/support/tor/verify-tor-source/ . Note: I still need to update the workaround link to nickm's key.
2. Moved "apt" and "rpm" sections into /tor. I believe with this new section, we can add little-t-tor manual, 'how to torify' and other little-t-tor docs!

If we decide to go ahead, we will need to create redirects and update the docs in the other portals (e.g. Tor relay guide).

@emmapeel @RotationMatrix @nyxnor @championquizzer @HackerNCoder: let me know your thoughts.

I think it is a good idea to gather some tor exclusive topics, although maybe there are more! I mean, we have them all around. 'how tor works', etc

Also: if a link is still in use elsewhere, we can replace the original page with Redirection model pages.

I like this! There are a lot of little-t-tor tips around. It will be good to have a spot where we can collect these.
