pt-BR translation of support answer tries to translate arguments to gpg

On https://support.torproject.org/tbb/#how-to-verify-signature we hear

gpg --output ./tor.keyring --export ...

But on https://support.torproject.org/pt-BR/tbb/how-to-verify-signature/ we hear

gpg --output ./tor.keyring --exportar ...

gpg demands English arguments, so translating the arguments to gpg for the page makes people in Brazil do the wrong thing.

(Reported by a person on irc who was doing the wrong thing.)
