Outreach materials (found at either the tor_outreach_md or tor_outreach_md_completed branches of the "translation" git repo) lack licensing information, either as part of the Markdown files or as a standalone file in the directory. This makes redistributing or modifying them not legally sound! So, please specify the licensing information for the outreach materials, so they can be shared and derived!
