Add a page/FAQ about bad Tor Browsers

We are reviewing Tor Browser docs, and we would like to have this page about fake Tor Browser moved to support pages.

We think that users are not likely finding it in the TB Wiki.

I think it would be worth telling also that Chrome extensions that route traffic through Tor are not as good as Tor Browser because they do not help in decreasing fingerprinting.
