code in assets/static/support.js is broken

The code in the assets/static/support.js script is broken. The browser jumps to a header anchor before the page has finished loading, in this script is supposed to scroll the viewport to the correct location. I think at some point, a class or id was renamed, because the script now jumps the viewport to the top of the page.
