Update FAQ entry "Are there any paid versions of Tor Browser?"

A lot of users have been reporting to the donations@/giving@ queues for refunds towards fraudulent and fake Tor apps downloaded from the app stores. As suggested in https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/community/support/-/issues/40108#note_2876211, let's add a line about this.
