some titles are not translated in the support portal

For example, the title "To use GetTor via email." at https://support.torproject.org/gettor/ and https://support.torproject.org/gettor/gettor-2/ is not translated to any languages, even when it is shown translated on the translation files, in transifex, etc. I can rproduce in my local lektor install, and it also happens on the staging builds with other languages. You can test it with Spanish that it is for sure translated in Transifex, but it happens in all languages.

The same situation happens with "A website I am trying to reach is blocking access over Tor." at https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/support/translations/es/tbb/
