TPO blog refresh

TPO blog needs an overhaul to align more with current design & UX standards. See drawings below, but at a minimum, the following changes should be considered:

UX/Navigation:

• implement sharing function (see sponsor 144 project)
• sorting by categories/tags
• implement search function

Design:

• more easily resize images & align text flow
• captions & alt texts for images/rich media
• image carousels within blog posts
• ability to embed video/rich media
